Rhizostoma luteum (Quoy & Gaimard, 1827).
- Etimología de luteum
- Del lat. luteus, -a, -um = de color amarillo [de lat. lūteum, -i n. y lūtum, -i n. = planta que sirve para teñir de amarillo; según parece, la gualda (Reseda luteola L., Resedaceae) // color amarillo -lat. lŭtum, -i n. = lodo, barro, fango, cieno]. En la Ophrys lutea Cav. (Orchidaceae), por el color de las flores.
